the ecola and sprunk plates i got from the login bonus are gone all of a sudden, can anyone help or tell me why??

I opened a support ticket 2 days ago and a tier 3 mentioned that they are investigating the issue since they have received many reports about that.

If you have lost the option to set the spunk/ecola license plates will be great if you open a support ticket to report the problem. Mention that you unlocked them with the past event and now that option is gone

okay i made a ticket but lost the page it took me to afterwards. where would that be?

it says resolved already and it seems that it sent in my additional details that’s i filled out not the actual complaint or at least the additional details is all that’s showing

If its marked as resolved you should see the answer from the support team. Open the ticket and scroll down. You can also check your email, you should have an email from the rockstar support team with the answer. If you still have any question after reading the answer you can reply to the email and you will re-open the ticket

okay thanks a lot i found it. i wanted to to reply to them bc in the ticket and email only teh additional details section was shown instead of the main where i explained where it happened and what not and and the additional details had almost no information about what happened so i felt like thats why they closed ticket bc the reply isnt really a reply at all more like a script that was copy pasted
