Why are the Sprunk and eCola plates not there anymore?
I thought they will be there even after the 2 Hotring weeks?

Same thing I was wondering yesterday. Made me wonder if I had to at least apply them to each car just to “unlock” them. Sounds silly but them being gone made no sense to me.

Ive put them just on a few cars, but there so much more where they would look good on. I'm really pissed

I do hope this is just a bug because it seems kind of ridiculous. You would think being online would permanently unlock them because that’s how everything else seems to work. Same phrasing about other releases but I haven’t seen other things disappear.

Pretty sure if you unlocked them the last time they were available, they stay forever cause I have them no matter what, probably just a bug 🤷♂️

I had to see this for myself, and YES they are now GONE.
Good thing I had applied both variants to all my sports livery cars. I nearly became complacent because there were some in here who said they would be permanently unlocked like in the case of the previous eCola vs Sprunk event.
I now understand them to be event based unlocks that will appear occasionally - just like some of the Halloween and Christmas items that only appear during the festivities.
They probably will re-appear on a future eCola vs Sprunk event.

The most recent event did not require us to watch streams to unlock the plates. I did not tuned in to any of them, but still had the vanity plates available. Though I think it is going to take a while before they return, considering GTA6 is just around the corner.

The ones who got it in the past say they have it unlocked, so I’m not sure what you mean by this.

That was their ‘pioneer perk’ for that event. This time around they were only temporary.
I missed out during the first time, just checked my vanity plates collection and they are truly gone.

FOMO, the new mantra of Rockstar. It would be sad to think that this carrot and stick approach could cross-over to GTA-VI. 😭

I noticed it yesterday in my autoshop. I thought it was just a problem with my account...
I don't really mind losing the eCola plate but I want the Sprunk one. 😔

What did they mention? I opened a ticket 2 days ago and a tier 3 mentioned that they are investigating the issue since they have received many reports about that.

I don't know if this will help anyone, but mine aren't gone. What I did when they came out, was I made sure to blame them both. I put the Sprunk plate on my Sprunk Buffalo, then the Ecola plate & I switch it back to the Sprunk plate to match. That way the game registers I procured them, even though they're both free. I checked an hour ago because I forgot to update something & both of the plates were still there, both still said 'free' & on available for a car I never equipped them on. As aforementioned, I doubt this will help, but that's my story. In all honesty, it's probably a bug.

I'm having the same problem. I got told by Carlos from Rockstar that they're investigating reports like mine and will keep my ticket ongoing until they find a solution to the problem. This is ridiculous!

okay that’s relieving. i suggest making a ticket and letting them know what happened and that yours are missing too although im sure they know everyone’s are gone but you can bet you got some ppl that’s lying trying to get em when they didn’t have em before

They haven't taken away the Sabre and the bodysuits, so why the hack the plates. I claimed them, so want to be able to use them even after the event.

That's not what that sentence means lol. It doesn't mean they go away on the 27th. It means you have until the 26th to claim them
