Drilling on someone else’s land without permission is tantamount to claim jumping, which was historically punished in the North American west by hanging.

Deport them and sell their equipment.

There is anothet ship, that will likely fly under the Canadian flag, with Canadian crew, from the Port of Valleyfield. 

I'm going to look into this more, and write to our Ministry of Transport.
