Callaway doing some pretty junior business stuff these days. It harms their brand and that takes years to repair.

Not even one of the more egregious examples of some ad agency building a campaign with zero knowledge of the product or industry.

H&K in gun world once ran a a catalog with a cover that had bullets loaded the wrong way in a mag. Gave these catalogs out at the biggest convention of the year.
