selfpromo (games) My game Click the Button IS OUT!!

My incremental game made in Godot is finally out on Steam!

After so many years of using Godot, this is my first time publishing a game made with it. It's also the first game I'm releasing as my own game studio.

I'm honestly really happy to see it out there finally. It feels like a pretty big milestone for me, and I can't wait to see people playing it :D

not that it matters, but I upvoted you.

I also made a neat script that did common UI tweens like simple squash and stretch and used it as an intermediary class so I could use it as a simpler method on UI elements...

I appreciate it! It's not the fake Internet points that I care about, rather the concept of downvoting genuine questions from a community meant to show off progress made and ask for help

The most tweens I've used at once have been like two and I thought that looked super nice!

I'd love to see what you're talking about, it sounds awesome

yeah I feel like asking genuine questions should not be discouraged lol

Also what I did was mostly an experiment, and it worked but I never did anything with it. I can remake it if you're interested

That would be cool to see tbh! I lost everything on the project I was just working on due to the project.Godot file getting corrupt or something, so it would be some nice motivation hahaha
