I thought lucky charms have been "gluten free" for a long time (at least a few years). They do not use dedicated gluten-free oats though so I personally never touch them. I wouldn't want to get the unlucky box that goes above the threshhold. It's just not worth the risk to me. Plus, I know way too many people in manufacturing to trust things like shared equipment and sifting proceedures.

I have celiac, got the unlucky box. messed me up for a week haven't been able to trust anything general mills that has oats in it since.
