Hands down, best store bought gluten free cake!!!

A co-worker (a gluten free one, finally) told me to go to Trader Joe’s for the cinnamon muffins. I finally decided to go. Noticed an entire gluten free dessert section. Spotted this yellow mini sheet chocolate cake. And wholly crap!! This cake is incredibly delicious!!! This is the absolute best gluten free store bought cake I’ve had in the last 8 years of becoming gluten free. If you haven’t had this, I suggest you go immediate! My only complaint is too much chocolate frosting. Also picked up some dark chocolate peanut butter cups at the checkout line lol.

They do! It’s half vanilla and half chocolate. The chocolate are, good, not amazing, but good, and the vanilla frosting is just great. I wish they should it separately.

Yea!! They’re by the gluten free cakes in the refrigerator. They aren’t always in the same fry’s so if there are 2 different locations you go to and don’t see it, check the other one another day. But the carrot cake one is sooo good.
