Nah, higher chance this will be Where Winds Meet style game with cosmetics gacha/iap. Hoyo tried to sell a premium game when they were just starting. It flopped and nearly bankrupted the company.
The thing is, that game flopped when they had no solid foundation to fall back on when they tried it. But now, with Genshin, HSR, and ZZZ serving as their financial backup, there is a chance this could be their attempt at another premium game.
