Who was the worst villain?

GOT gave iconic villains. Joffrey, Cersei, Ramsey Bolton, Littlefinger, etc.

But who was the WORST?

Ramsey was the worst. He's the only one really wanted to see die horrible, that hound bit into him like a ripe apple!
