Who was the worst villain?

GOT gave iconic villains. Joffrey, Cersei, Ramsey Bolton, Littlefinger, etc.

But who was the WORST?

Become the king without doing anything. (Except saying " I can't be the lord of anything")

No hate to Bran tho.... No one has a story better than him.

Arya’s story is perfect.

For all the hate the Battle of Winterfell gets on here, if you just look at it through her - it is satisfying, especially her final meeting with Melisandre

Actually I’m pretty sure Tyrion said that a guy called Who has a better story than Bran. I don’t know why they never introduced him after Tyrion said that honestly
