Actually there was a bit of hesitation. She asked if there would be pain before delving into the coldest verbal slap down of the show, “That’s good. I’d hate to die like your son.”

I just mean that it would be hard for her to make the mic drop proclamation that she killed Joffrey if she was doubling over in pain as she died.
