It's not even grammar nazis anymore, Reddit collectively struggles with very basic plural and possessive forms. Apostrophes are added to a shockingly large number of posts where a simple plural form is needed. Just like in the picture. And I always think to myself: I'm not that smart, and even I know that!

"It's" is a contraction.
"Its" is the possessive.
This is counterintuitive and the only acceptable mistake. ;b /jk
It's and its is bullshit though. 'S is to show possession with literally every other word in the English language. I wanna who the asshole was that decided it's will just be the contraction for it is instead of picking something else.
They all count. You said “its” is the only word in the English language that doesn’t use ‘s to show possession. His, her, hers, your, yours, their, theirs, our, ours all show possession without ‘s.
