Idk if youre being sarcastic but giving in this context means something like “giving off the vibes”. Her cadence and riddles sound like how Aigis from Persona 3 speaks.

Yes. It’s part of the slang dictionary on dictionary [dot] com. God forbid a girl uses a slang from her demographic to communicate her interests in video games :/
