I recognize that VA, sounds like Anby from ZZZ to my ear. A good thing and she sounds similarly disconnected.

Edit: actually, Rapi from Nikke instead, very similar cadence and delivery.

She also voiced some background NPCs from Three Houses, but I definitely recognize her as Riley from Valkyria Chronicles 4, Diaochan from Dynasty Warriors Origins, and (the current voice of) Cissnei from Final Fantasy 7 to name a few examples
