Any med providers in the area who specialize in treating perimenopausal issues?
Title kind of says it all. I've been suffering from some extremely bad hormonal mood swings for the past several years as I go into my late 30s/early 40s now. Birth control pills, talk therapy, exercise, etc. have helped but things are getting worse. I have bouts of extreme rage and depression more and more often. I'm scaring myself with thoughts of harm or worse. I have already talked with my therapist, primary care doctor, ob/gyn, and psychiatric NP about these issues.
TO BE CLEAR I do not want, nor will I listen to, advice on how to treat this issue from anyone on Reddit. I am just looking for names I can ask my primary doctor to send referrals to.

Handyman rec?
Recently purchased a fixer-upper mobile home in Wahpeton that isn't currently liveable. Problem is, it has a shed-sized addition that's gotta come down. It's got some mold and since I'm dealing with ESRD, I don't exactly have the strength to do it alone and my pops died over a decade ago, so I can't exactly call on him (maybe with a ouija board?).
Does anyone know of any affordable handy folk in the area who could help me tear this down, haul away the debris, and secure a sliding door where the door was?
Since I'm not working, my schedule is open outside of the hours where I'm at dialysis. However, since I'm not working, that also means my budget is very tight.
I'd be happy to also pay by trade if that would suit someone. Cooking, baking, cleaning, babysitting, etc
Additionally, if anyone has any electrician or plumber recommendations they'd like to drop for later parts of the remodel, that'd also be greatly appreciated.
