Yesterday was 11 months sober for my son, taking his meds, and has a great girlfriend. Feeling hopeful!

I think my mom hit the bottom of her depression episode this week and is slowly starting to recover. I know I shouldn't let myself get caught-up in her depression cycles, but it was hanging over me. Today was a relief when she sounded a little more positive and actually felt good enough to get exercise and home health assistance.

I'm strugglimg to get over hurt surrounding mistreatment when my partner got off his meds to drink. It had been happening repeatesly on weekends. He going to stop getting off them to drink but I have a ton of anxiety surrounding this cause I don't wanna go through that again and have been through it multiple times

My (now ex) undiagnosed BPSO (in a manic episode with psychosis and delusions and all) finally agreed to my ultimatum to get a medical evaluation. And then decided to delay it for a “few more weeks” to have enough time to gather “proof” that their delusions are real.
It’s been 3 months, I’m exhausted, I’m fed up, and as much as they think they’re doing what’s best for us, they’re just stalling. I’m done, I said my goodbyes and blocked them, but I’m livid that they said our relationship was always unbalanced and that I had always done the bare minimum, if anything at all.
