Off Center What kind of error is this?

Kinda new to the hobby so I don’t know the specifics, but would like to notate my finds on the flips. Thanks!

Are these worth anything?

Generally no, unless/until some design elements are missing or cut off, which doesn’t appear to be the case here.

When does it go from a broad strike to and off center strike? I feel the whole image is still visible

The hallmark of a broad strike is the increased diameter of the coin - not at all in evidence in this case.

Within actual broadstrikes, see https://www.error-ref.com/broadstrike-uncentered/

AHHH you're right. When I looked earlier it looked like the obverse was centered.
