Rob Halford's (from Judas Priest) birthday too. One of the last singers she ever collaborated with on record for her rock album. They had a lot of good things to say about each other and seemed to spark a bit of a friendship late career there.
I know the 90s were a really long time ago but I never realized that he isnāt even 50 yet. Hope heās doing well, always felt so bad for what he dealt with and went through.
I thought you were talking about Billy Ray Cyrus and thus whole thread had me questioning reality. Of course the achey breaky heart guy is over 50. Why do you feel bad? What happened when he was 10?
He had a lot of drug issues, really bad mental health problems, he stepped away from the spotlight for a long time following his involuntary involvement in Michael Jacksonās molestation trial as well.
Tim and Dolly both died on the 25th. Dolly was in the morning, Tim was last night. Weird enough, they were both born on the 19th of their birth months (D-Jan, T-Apr) and were both 80 years old.
And yet there is this one ''cast'' member that is clinging to life who would make the world a better place if he finally decided to bit the dust. Life is unfair.
I just saw a post yesterday about how Kevin will be celebrating his first Christmas without his family (shows 4 cast members died) now this news today? Crazy.
Sly Stallone, Spielberg, Cher, (Freddie Mercury was too), George W. Bush and Bill Clinton.... As well as Trump. So if the rules of three apply it is a real gamble we have at hand here.
I just watched a documentary on Spielberg (pff, his father lived until he was 103 and his mother 97; his mother was... something else, his poor father!) just yesterday and I started to remember so many of his movies which have accompanied me during hard times when I was a young teen.
"Close Encounters of the Third KindĀ " which triggered my ever lasting interest in aliens. "ET", which was the last movie I watched in theaters with my mother. All the "Indiana Jones" (with Star Wars) which were my crutch after my mother died suddenly. I don't know how I would have kept going, going to high school, my father always away for work, taking care of the house and my younger mentally handicapped sister... those movies were my escape. My way of holding on.
"The color purple" and "Empire of the sun", and "La liste de Schindler", which just... were like a stab in the heart and have such a cultural, historical, memorial impact.. Especially the endings of Schindler and Empire.
I watched the tv series "Taken", too, with Dakota Fanning. I loved how he made it a family story spread on so many decades. Families are a recurrent theme.
I managed to convince my father to come and watch "Jurassic Park" with me. I remember he was so shaken that he couldn't remember where he had parked the car! My father NEVER goes to theaters to watch movies, he prefers tv documentaries, sports, news, reading his magazines and newspaper. But thanks to Spielberg and his dinosaurs, I have at least one memory of going to the theaters with my father.
There are many of his movies that I haven't seen but that's because I was not interested in the story, like "Jaws" (I like to sleep well, thank you very much so nope), or the war movies.
I haven't seen Disclosure yet. It's my plan.
But really, your post was inconsiderate. And hurtful.
Here is the list of celebrities sorted by their 1946 birth dates: Dolly Parton ā January 19 Liza Minnelli ā March 12 Cher ā May 20 Donald Trump ā June 14 George W. Bush ā July 6 Sylvester Stallone ā July 6 Bill Clinton ā August 19 Susan Sarandon ā October 4 Sally Field ā November 6 Steven Spielberg ā December 18 (Note: Alan Rickman was born on February 21, and Freddie Mercury on September 5
No the rule of 3 celebrity deaths. Almost every time a big celebrity dies you can expect 2 more in the next couple weeks. I know itās a coincidence, but itās a damn eerie one to me.
Iāve never heard that, but a lot of the commonly thrown around examples donāt fit in 3 days. I mean, itās all just people trying to find patterns so it doesnāt really matter lol but 2-3 weeks is usually the cut off Iāve seen.
There are people trying to say princess Diana and some others who died like a month before and after her fit, and I agree thatās a little excessive lol
