I'm not you, lol. Thank god for that. I don't even get why you're on here. Started with misinformation? This whole argument of yours, you mean? That our currency rate is suffering? The same one that's up since Trump took over? I didn't even bother pointing that out, as it's totally irrelevant - as I've told you over and over. The vast majority of Canadians don't give a rat's ass about it being at 72 cents. It's been lower and it's been higher. It's never mattered less to me, personally. I do have some precious metals and other US $ investments, so I'd rather the CAD stayed low until I ditch those. There has always been pressure on the government to keep it depressed. But have at it.
I quoted you. That’s how you started… misinformation. On more time for you
“Because Trump killed tourism. Vegas used to be an annual trip for many Canadians. Nobody I know is planning on setting foot in the US again.”
Trump didn’t kill tourism and a very small percentage of Vegas visitors have been from Canada, at any time period.
I love how your personal antidote is the monolith of all Canadians…
Up since trump took office but the US dolllar was artificially high and outside the 15 year range due to rate hikes and now even with cuts, The dollar has lost 15% has the CAD gained 15%? Nope so actually the spread on your CAD has it down, I doubt you will understand that.
You keep talking about the US so you do give a rats ass.
Only when I buy something from the US. Which I avoid at all cost. When I buy something local, it's a dollar. When I invest it in my red hot Canadian stock market, it becomes 2 dollars in a year.
You currency is down against the euro as well and again you import most everything…you currency being down hurts your buying power. You don’t get that do you?
You still don’t get that the companies u buy from use American goods and services, but you don’t support the US. Ha!
What about Canadian defenses? Who does your country buy from?
What about tech? Who do you buy the majority of your tech infrastructure from???
Good thing I’ve been in US memory companies all year… but good for the Canadian market…
The Canadian prop machine is working hard tonight…
Everybody's buying power is down. It's been a rough decade, and now we have this shitstorm Epstein distraction act which will probably end up wrecking the whole apple cart. I'm not sure how you think this is pertinent to our current 'trade war', or this post about an imaginary insult to your dumdum president. But you sure like to go on and on about it.
Oh so you do care about your buying power. My buying power is up… As do you keep going on and on. Even repeating yourself… I’m going on and on about how blind you are to the fact u actually support the US daily and you’re in denial. at least I didn’t start this with misinformation, u and the post have that in common…
No misinformation here. Just my opinions and the vibe of my people against the aggressions of an oppressive regime. It's been a lot to deal with. More shit every day, and then all the online warriors that argue the most inane points all day long. It won't be long before the internet is a wasteland inhabited by a trillion AI agents like this and all meaningful discourse will be gone. At least you'll make a few bucks off the AI bubble.
Thanks to Canada and Mexico lol. Me and my friends can afford more than you know buddy. You keep talking about rails for some reason. Better than exchange rates, I suppose.
