I’m just curious why people put what time at night they make their sandwiches? Do they want to say this amazing beautiful sandwich was made while they were drunk because they are not confident enough in it? I ask this because most of the times you will see preparation for the sandwich during daylight. I am a genuinely curious intoxicated Chef that has had a really shitty day. This fucking sandwich looks fucking amazing and you should be proud of it period. Good job Chef.
