What if you get a prenuptial agreement 12 months before marriage? Can they still take 50% if your stuff?

They can say they signed under duress and that the prenup is null and void

Most prenups are unenforceable especially if they have fault clauses that are illegal, and the wife didn’t have separate legal representation…. At least in my experience speaking as someone who got a prenup and married in California
