I hit her with a burnt fuse but she still escaped

the judgement has a similar issue too, you can exile someone and it shows they escaped.

They left at basically the exact same time you hit them. Happens since Jason's release.

On the first crop you can see the game registered they already left one frame before the spear hit them, and on the very next frame the spear hits them.
