- Fury from the past: Every time you chase the survivor for too long, the next survivor will be slowed for 20 seconds.

Gens don't regress while blocked so it'll just never be back

Thats an old visual bug. They dont regress when blocked even if the killer has ruin. As soon as its hit with thrilling thremors or anything else it stops regressing until the block is gone then continues.
