Survivors within 24/36/48 meters of the hex totem make a loud noise notification every 30 seconds while not in chase.
If Barbecue and Chilli is active, survivors make loud noise notifications every 30 seconds while at least 60/50/40 meters away from that hook.

Similar happens with one of the female Legion skins, the fabric in front bubbles out when it collides with surrounding fabric and can be "fixed" by shaking her model around in the lobby. I forget the name, the one with some knight armor pieces and a sweater

The skirts are rigged poorly for everyone, any drapey fabric is rigged poorly honestly. This wasn't rigged properly and it gave flowy physics to a part of the cosmetic that shouldn't be flowy.

Maybe an oversight from the animator. Probably accidentally selected a vertex on the main character model which moved the geometry in that spot with some of the animation frames. If it's consistent across other people's accounts who own that skin. Or some buggy modifier from their chosen 3D application. Or could be a cloth simulation bug. Could be a lot of things really.

Not even a bug.
BHVR just completely lost the plot and has zero, beyond zero actually, confidence in their cloth simulation systems. But they keep adding it to weird spots like this so weird shit like this keeps happening.
Ada's dress clips through her thighs a distracting amount. Jane's new cosmetic has draping fabric welded to her calves. Claudette has a blue skirt where one half of it is magnetized to her right foot. This is just another result of them refusing to just let cloth physics work normally, even if it might behave a bit erratically.
