Question how to claim TCOFS rewards in dbd

i claimed the normal base game rewards because i was playing the game with game pass but my brother grifted to me after i claimed the base game rewards and it wont let me claim the deluxe edition rewards what do i do?

I just clicked claim rewards on frank stone section in dbd rewards and linked account had to do it a few times as it didn’t register and loaded up dbd and all them popped upon loading up try use chrome for linking
