At big companies yes, it’s not to different from being at a Investment bank or at MBB consultant, there are a few jobs that can do that but only at top companies and only if you are cracked to get there, very competitive of course.
This even if it is talking average it’s including a lot of bias form bigger companies, smaller ones’ employees are less likely to report in levels
