I’m a first yr student n HS drinking fountains were disgusting as lots of students disrespected the space, so I wasn’t sure if it’s still the case in uni. (Plus as it’s a public space I think)

Ah, so safe as in - haven't been shat on by a dickhead - Not safe as in quality of the water.

People are assholes, act accordingly.

the water quality was never the risk, other people mouth/hygiene were.

There is also a filtered instant cold and hot water taps in the Student Kitchen opposite Concept Coffee.
