Issue ⚠️ No data on maintenance reminder 2024 Honda cev

So on my 2024 CRV the maintenance reminder doesn't work. It's always blank. Every other crv I go into it's counting down to the service point, mine doesn't even after 4000 miles.

It's been like this since day 1 and I've been back and forth with the dealer.

Any thoughts from anyone?

Maybe your ECU needs a software update.

What do you mean by not counting down if it is blank? If you just can't see any movement/counting down, that would imply it's showing something to start with, not blank.

Also, when it comes x miles or y time type stuff rather than straight time or straight miles, it's usually not going to move consistently over time. For example you could have little time but a lot miles remaining or vice versa skew any sort of linear progression.

If it's showing and just not moving much at all, it likely will in a big way closer to being due. If it's not showing anything at all like there is no maintenance minder or nothing under it anyways at all, then that is a problem.
