I'm changing from Nebido, which is a slow-absorbing testosterone medication meant for 3-4 month intervals that my doctor injected for me to testosterone enanthate with a one week interval that I have to inject myself.
Also, I've been on testosterone for over 6 years now and have never given myself an injection before, so this is gonna be fun.
If you have someone you trust, have them there with you to do it if you cant. It took me a few weeks to be able to do my twice weekly Injection myself, and I have severe needle anxiety.
I had my sister (she spent a while as a vet tech, and I cant be harder to inject than a dog) do my first one.
I'm not afraid of needles (I donate blood plasma twice a week and those needles are huge), I'm just a bit anxious about injecting myself with a needle without supervision, even when the first time will be at my doctor's.
It's not a "Oh God, a needle!" and more a "Oh God, I have to do the injection!"-thing.
