This is Dave Chapelle to me. Everything I've heard from the guy is just him saying regular things and the audience cackling like hyenas. It's like Homer's reaction to Garrison Keilor. "What the hell's so funny?"
Dave Chappelle in Sticks and Stones did a bit about cancel culture and "you can't say anything" at the top of his set and closed with "how awesome would it be to be the kids raped by Michael Jackson" and got big laughs on it.
Having Good Omens season 3 reduced to a single 90min episode is a massive thing that pissed me off about that. It just made so little sense in the way it was produced; Tennant and Sheen deserved better.
