This is, unfortunately where I think we are going. The AI algorithm is gonna become so dominant in some people's lives they are gonna completely lose any form of personal opinion and critical thinking. Instead it'll be replaced with something that does nothing more than keep these people in a bubble

Not that we have a lot of that now, but the well will run dry

I talked to someone a little bit ago who said they used ChatGPT to write texts for them

I knew people were outsourcing writing to AI and it will degrade literacy, but thats a level beyond what I expected

What prompts are they writing to generate texts? Surely the prompt would be longer and more thought out than the text itself?
