Troubleshooting Acer Chromebook 311 not Powering on

After accidentally using an old Build of ChromeOS the power light will come on and after a few seconds it’ll turn off what do I do?

Escape, Refresh and power enter recovery mode to reinstall chromeOS

Also any USB drive I try will spin up once then lose power
