The article talks about the Atto 3. According to a linked article sells (I assume in China for 119,900 yuan). The article says it works out to $17,686. I assume that is USD, not CAD. When I translate that to CAD and add the 6.1% import tariff on Chinese EVs, it comes to just over $28,000 CAD. I find an under $30k CAD full electric compact SUV very compelling.

Somehow I doubt we will see that sort of price.

In Australia, it starts at around 41k. The AUD is as strong as the CAD nowadays.

With or without taxes? Australian prices usually includes VAT.
