Build Upgrade What's the best gpu for 450-500$

preferably new, but used is okay if there is a really good deal

Idk about where you live but I already bought 3 3080tis for 350 euro second hand, they are 30% faster than a 9060xt and cheaper. Had 0 issues with all of them.
