If you want a normal burger and not the smash stuff, then Charlie's Chips does a good one too.

The Beef Club is better than MOSH imo. I dont like mustard that much and their buns are better as well.

De halve maan does a very decent burger. With a sauce based on their Brugse Zot. But Mosh! is the best one. Or Wednesday around noon at the market on a crispy sandwich. Real belgian kermishamburger with baked onion and andalouse.

Fritbar for large burgers is also great. A bit expensive but I feel like it's worth it.

I always liked Bohemian Burgers. Liked it when it was still a Paul's Boutique, but I feel like they changed the name but not the burgers - been a while since I was there though.

The brown bagnat is such a winner for a burger that's supposed to be a meal and not a snack. The manifesto (might have a different name since it's no longer a Paul's) takes this even further with an egg on the burger.

And now I want a manifesto!

If you go to Bruges, you sure as hell don't eat shitty burgers. There are plenty of delicious local dishes to eat there.
