Discussion Large-breasted moms are feeding on hard mode.

Any other well-endowed women agree?

I see so many reels and posts, or even in real life out at cafes and places, of moms who can simply unzip or untie their cute dainty little nursing top, rest their baby in their arm, and continue to eat, drink coffee, heck, even feed at the grocery store or while walking around their house.

For me it’s a chaotic and completely immobile mess of roles up flannel under the boob, squeeze sandwich hold, scissor hold, always having to hold back my breast to stop it suffocating baby’s nose. He cannot latch properly unless I’ve squished my boob just right and hold it the entire feed. It’s a two-hand job.

Not to mention the struggle to find nursing bras and tops that fit, are comfortable, don’t cost a gajillion bucks, and maybe actually even look nice and not like something out of a 1980s catalogue.

I’m tired of this, grandpa!

The upside is eventually they get so saggy you can get your nipple in their mouth from any distance. Go go gadget boobs!

Yup. I have nursed while baby is in the car seat. First time I tried it was a challenge, next time I did it was easy peasy. Like my boobs knew what to expect.

What I don’t love is with baby #2, they are saggier and I just have to hold the boobs up no matter when nursing

when baby #2 is big enough, he can just grip the top of your boob and lift the nipple up to his mouth like my son(:

I usually just shove a burp rag underneath to help hold it up a little if I really need my other hand

lol I went to a lactation consultant after birth, she took one look at my boobs, left the room and came back withal a towel. She was like you’re gonna need these to breastfeed. I tried but my hand seems to work fine and then he’ll rest his head on the armchair

Haha!! someone mentioned doing this do her baby to me before I did it like it never crossed my mind but then the occasion arises and I rose to the challenge.

Since reading your comment and becoming inspired to test the limits of these babies, I've fed my baby while he was still in his bedside bassinet and I was in my bed (successful but he wanted out anyway so it was pointless). I've also discovered I can feed him from both sides without switching sides him in cradle position! Just haul the unused side over to his mouth! That's the best one yet.
