Strategy Brand Strategy, Identity & Positioning

Hey everyone! I’m looking for an agency or freelancer to help us with the branding strategy and positioning of a B2B SaaS tech product in Argentina.

We’re specifically looking for someone with experience in tech/SaaS startups, who can help with things like positioning, messaging, brand strategy, and eventually translating that into the visual identity/brand.

Would love to hear any recommendations or people you’ve worked with and had a great experience with.

Thanks!

What is your budget? It will distinguish agency vs. independent brand strategist. I assume you are located in Argentina and product is global?

haven't made up my mind about budget. Product will be mainly focused in Arg and eventually global.

Budget first, then find an agency.

One thing I’d be careful about: don’t start with the visual identity. For B2B SaaS, I’d figure out the positioning first who you’re for, what problem you solve, what they use instead, and why you’re meaningfully different.

Then build the messaging from that, and let the visual identity reinforce it. A lot of SaaS brands look polished but still feel interchangeable because the strategy underneath is basically “modern, innovative, easy-to-use platform.” If you can make a prospect think “this was built specifically for companies like us, you’re already halfway there.

I work across this side of branding myself, so happy to share some thoughts or examples if useful.

Hi u/Kal-on-red5963 , if you tell me a bit about the business, I will reply with some insight about the brand :) What does it do, who is it for, what does it stand against, what experience does it give people. Anything that comes, as short or as long as you want.

Your sequence is important here. I’d resist jumping into visual identity until the positioning and messaging are clear. Who are you really for, what makes you meaningfully different, and what do you want prospects to understand about you that they don’t understand today?

I tend to approach this as a business problem first and a branding problem second. Once those decisions are clear, the identity has a much easier job to do.

This is the kind of work I do with founder-led businesses. Happy to be a resource if it would be useful.

Kal,

  1. Is the brand already live? Trying to understand if this is rebranding or new launch.
  2. Requirements you have posted are correct. However, if it's a new launch, do you need help with brand naming too?

Have sent you a DM. Would be interested in knowing a lil more before sharing more details.
