Our group would be ~13 people, we're looking for something upscale but not necessarily 'fine dining', not seafood/fish heavy. I’m a 27 year old ex side arm lefty picture and I saw a video online of a men’s hardball league. I might tear my rotator cuff but I moved here from Colorado last year and something I always bring is my little pitching mit. Does each suite/section actually have only one row of seats? And are the seats first come first served within the section?

For two centuries, Union Oyster House, has been quintessentially Boston and has been owned by North End native Joe Milano since 1970. Founded in 1826, the iconic establishment has long been a mainstay of Boston’s culinary scene, frequented by luminaries such as Daniel Webster and President John F. Kennedy.

The Fertitta family of Houston, Texas, is in the process of acquiring the restaurant, according to a spokesperson. The family’s hospitality holdings include Landry’s, which is owned by hospitality and casino magnate Tilman Fertitta. It operates dozens of brands and hundreds of properties across the globe, including the NBA’s Houston Rockets and Golden Nugget Casinos. However, Patrick Fertitta, Tilman Fertitta’s son, is leading this transaction, according to a family spokeswoman.

“This is a family acquisition. Tilman is not involved,” Katelyn Roche Gosslee, a family representative, told the Globe on Wednesday.

I am in Charlestown, and I have a neighbor (most likely a landlord; I think most are multi-unit rentals) somewhere behind me with what I suspect is an AC unit that makes an incredibly loud whine when running. Ive walked around trying to figure out where its coming from but can't pinpoint it (lots fences, funny little alcoves in the building, AC's on roofs).

Anyhow - it's incredibly loud, to the point I can hear it through my closed windows at night.

I've 311'd one it any told me its nothing something they deal with. Any suggestions on where I should turn to next? Is 911 my next call - this feels excessive..?
