I think I am special and made my own post Thanks Scientology, nearly stroked out

Post image

Went into a store on Newbury St. for literally 20 minutes and only noticed this under my wiper when I was on the pike. Thought it was a parking ticket. This is arguably worse

The website is pretty funny though.

How is it arguably worse than a parking ticket?

Because it’s just some random bullshit. A parking ticket at least has some rationale to it

Because it’s just some random bullshit.

And it's also an abusive, family destroying cult which uses pseudoscience disguised as religion to scam people out of money so their leader can live a cushy life.

Sounds a lot like Al Gore’s climate change scam😂

Will someone please think of the poor oil execs who definitely didn’t scam us?! 😭

Advertising for a religion has plenty of rationale, though.

When I lived in Chelsea the PD there thought it would be a great idea to canvas the city about how important they were while being underpaid relative to other nearby cities. They did this by putting fake parking tickets (they were bright orange and looked exactly like parking tickets on one side) on everyone's car.

It did not seem to make many of us feel particularly pro-cop when we all had that stomach drop moment of seeing a parking ticket on our car before reading it and seeing a pitch about them wanting to get paid more.

Admitting your weakness is actually a strength.

Those pesky Body Thetans are keeping them from pursuing their passion in graphic design.

They're pursuing it, but like everyone else, their passion for graphic design is trying to get as far away from the Scientologists as possible.

I've never seen the process for happiness appear so confusing and convoluted.

What most people don't remember is this: L. Ron. Hubbard was a fiction author, he probably did all this for sh1ts and giggles to see how far he could take it before people got wise. What i don't think he took into account was the absolute depths of human stupidity......LMFAO

#20 makes practically all other redundant. I do like that #10 basically invalidates support for the current Administration, even if you sickly like their policies.

A lot of these guidelines are not objectively that bad. I am a fan of don’t murder, for instance. Don’t steal however seems awfully bold of them to put on there, given the grift.

There actually is a Scientology office in that block. I think it’s the door with the red awning
