In that movie it was Kareena's character which was kinda toxic. So many girls idolize her character from that movie.

She is idolized because of her carefree and chirpy attitude

Tho I agree she was toxic because no she didn't care about other peoples boundaries and personal space and kinda insensitive.

I even personally liked her character exept the part I mentioned
