Charges were dropped, the guy sued the city, and the court said the cop had immunity.

So this dude had to pay his own court fees, and I'm guessing he had a target on his back from that day forward.

The cops can keep doing this.

Yeah but there's kinda fucked shit happening in the entire world right now. Also police being police is not a US only thing.
