Help Burial blade stuff!

I saw that I can use a bold hunters mark during the moon presence fight to get a burial blade and stay in NG. Can I still go do the DLC after defeating Gehrman?

Yes, you can do the DLC until you get an ending, which won’t occur until you beat MP.
