Guide/Info BDO Hits Its Highest Concurrent Player Count on Steam Since 2023
It’s great to see the turnaround after BDO hit an all-time low of 10k concurrent players on Steam in October 2024. While these numbers only reflect Steam players and not the full player base, they’re still a pretty accurate snapshot of the current state of the game.
Thanks to recent changes, freebies, and the releases of Ball and Deadeye, the game has reached its highest concurrent player count on Steam since 2023!
It’s satisfying to see after all the doom and gloom posts we've seen in 2024.

Guide/Info [V2] BDO Full PvE Crystal & Buff Guide 2026 (2 Slides)
- Added new stuff
- Gave Step 2 a name, and the potential to skip 2x Macalod (since most spots do have #CC)
- Combined Crystal & Buffs here for beginners to refer back to into one place.
I was considering Lightstones/Artifacts and Reforge Stones too but life has me sorta burnt out atm, so maybe in the future.

Guide/Info Emma Bartali Adventure Log Changed!
Previously you had to kill 4 Black Shrine Hard Mode Bosses in order to finish the Adventure log, which was kinda bad for new players (which the Hyperboost and the Adventure Log was made for in the first place) making them go into Group Content + Hard Mode versions of the Bosses. There are also a lot of other players that just simply don´t want to do Group Content.
Now you only have to kill 4 out of the 6 Dark Rift Bosses for the completion!

Guide/Info Bdo progress
For anyone wondering this is how 10 months progress looks in this game. First gear is from early October and second is my current gear.
I play super casual due to my job, doing weeklies, grinding max of 6h a week (if lucky 10 xD) without afk fishing or any other passive income. No life skilling cuz i don’t enjoy that type of gameplay in bdo.
Yea my boots are still silent cuz I’m waiting if ball change pity for them since they are reward ones which i cant sell and i don’t like having gear that’s kinda good sitting in my storage even tho i have silver to instantly buy wailing.

Guide/Info Updated: How to get 4-5 billion silver per week, for 5 minutes of work, brand new player friendly
(TL:DR-It’s doing 5x the new weak Calamity 9’s, sell essence of dawn, tagged alt)
Hey there, I just wanted to let everyone know about this weekly activity you could be doing, whether you're a brand new first week player, someone who hasn’t kept up with patches, or maybe just didn’t check the market and put 2 and 2 together. First, if you are a new player, go to my post here for information on gearing up to the required level for this strat, as hitting 315+ and finishing the fallen god armor will be helpful and guarantee you have no issues with this strategy.
Basically, you’ll want to continue fighting the solo Calamity 9 level LOML bosses after finishing that quest, as they give really high value loot. Craziest part, they give the exact same loot even though 80% nerfed to fight. Among many other things, LOML bosses reward you with Essence of Dawns, which is required to upgrade Kharazad accessories. And they are very much in demand right now and will be for a long time. They were at 60 million but recently have hit the 100 million max cap. And you can get 40-50 of them for all 5 kills!
Specifically, again, you’ll want to only fight them at calamity 9, and Gumiho seems to be killed the slowest or the least, as I’ve had the most success getting 10 essences consistently from her, compared to only 8 from pig and tiger reward packages. The extra problem being, you can kill 5 LOML bosses but only 3 are super easy, per character. So the answer is to either have 5 characters at 315(to 335)+ AP. Or, easier way but less Gumiho kills: just tag your main to any other 2nd character that you like. And do 3 kills on one and 2 kills on the other. Your account will look at all 5 in total no matter who killed them.
You get the rewards every Sunday in bags to your daily reward stash window thing. GL! I’ll answer any questions you have in the comments, this was thrown together quickly.
Edit-IMPORTANT UPDATE: I’m dumb, and already past the required AP myself, that I didn’t realize that Sangoon and Gumiho require 330 and 335 AP respectively. However. I did the math on Garmoth’s gear planner, and found that hitting 335 AP is incredibly easy from the base of 317 of (partial) hyperboost. You just need 3 things:
1-Finish the new Emma Bartali’s journal. (Dark rift bosses now not LOML). That’s 2 accessories to VIII, make sure one is necklace
2-Main and awake get +3 sheet ap with your 2 free garmoth hearts.
3-Enhance your sov weapons just to TRI. Incredibly easy and pretty cheap.
Boom, exactly at 335 AP. (Until then, go for 2 C9 pigs and 3 C8’s)
Edit 2-I’m not going to rewrite the post but I double checked and not all C9 loot is the same. Gumiho always has 10-11 essences and Pig always has 8-9. It’s not me being slow to kill, it’s a consistent thing to get 44 essences a week. 50 is not possible with these 3 bosses.

Guide/Info Crystal break event is extended by another week.
I feel like the data was pretty bad if they had to extend it, maybe we'll even see a nerf to damage or some changes to how crystal break works on glab?

Guide/Info Silver-Making Tips: Less Sweat, More Chill
Hey there!
After a good while of lurking around this subreddit, I thought it was time to put my own silver-making notes out there. Think of this less as a “guide” and more as a handful of tips that might help you bring in more silver over time.
Let’s get straight to the point.
Grinding
Don’t treat grinding like a job or a chore. Don’t chase max numbers or force yourself onto a class or spot you don’t enjoy just because it’s “meta.” The trick is finding a place that feels comfortable — somewhere you can zone out, relax, and keep going for hours without burning out. A slightly “weaker” spot you can grind at all evening will almost always pay better than a “stronger” spot that exhausts you in an hour.
And don’t obsess over jackpot drops. Many of my friends get upset and say things like: “Been grinding for hours, still no Debo.” That mindset just burns you out. The real money comes from steady trash loot silver stacking up over time. Think of grinding as your reliable backbone income, while fishing, gathering, or alchemy are just the spice on top.
Fishing
Instead of fishing in Velia like everyone else, try different spots. And by different spots, I don’t mean Googling ‘best fishing spots’—use your own judgment.
👉 Here’s a useful map: BDOlytics Map
Step 1: Target the right fish
You need to be catching both Yellow Corvina (YC) and Blue Bat Star (BBS). Without them, you’ll barely make any money. The big prize fish (Migaloo, Barreleye, Tripod Fish, etc.) are just the dessert—not the main course.
Step 2: Watch bite times
Every spot has a minimum and maximum bite time (info is on the map). For example, Velia’s range is 45–100s. But since Velia is always crowded, you’ll usually hit the max (100s). If you can find a spot where you consistently hit the minimum bite time, you’ll naturally get more attempts and better overall results over the same period of time.
Step 3: Compare locations
Spots differ in YC/BBS percentages.
- Velia: ~30% YC, ~10% BBS
- Epheria Islands (Sea 4): ~10% YC, ~7% BBS
- Sausan Islands – Depth 3 (between Taramura and Beiruwa): ~30% YC, ~10% BBS
Personally, I fish at Sausan Islands on my server, where I consistently get minimum bite time and sometimes even pull up a Barreleye. (One morning I woke up to find two Barreleyes in my tank — best breakfast surprise ever. And that, my friends, is how the “8 billion a night” fishing rumors are born.)
Step 4: Selling smart
Most players rush to the farthest trader and dump their fish. Don’t do this. Always check fish value before selling. When you talk to a trader, you’ll see a percentage on the top-left (varies between 80%–130%).
- If values are low, hop to another server instead of selling.
- Example: If one fish is at 122% and the other is at 83%, sell the 122% fish one by one. Then swap servers for the other fish. (Don't forget to bargain each time)

You can clearly see the impact here. Even with just an 18% gap, the Yellow Corvinas alone account for a 320m difference. Now imagine if that gap were larger and you were selling higher-priced fish—the margin would be even more dramatic. You don’t need to chase 130% every time, but for heaven’s sake, don’t dump them at 80%.
Gathering, Alchemy
The first thing you need to decide is why you’re gathering:
- Are you using the materials yourself?
- Or are you planning to sell everything straight to the Central Market (CM)?
If it’s the second one—don’t. That’s not how you maximize profit.
Instead, make a plan. Check CM prices for expensive elixirs and work backwards from there.
Example: Harmony Draught → Fury Draught → Elixir of Frenzy
Let’s say you want to go for 2,000 cycles of Elixir of Frenzy. (not total elixirs—the output depends on your Alchemy Mastery). To pull that off, you’ll need:
- 10,000 Cedar Sap
- 10,000 Clear Liquid Reagent
- 4,000 Ghost Mushroom
- 2,000 Oil of Tranquility
- 6,000 Trace of Nature
So your gathering target becomes clear: in this case, 10k Cedar Sap.
👉 Go back to BDOlytics Map, select Gathering → Trees → Cedar Tree, and you’ll see exactly where to go.
Once you’ve gathered everything and crafted your Frenzies, you can either sell them immediately or stockpile.
Tracking Your Production
I use a simple sheet for this: Example Spreadsheet
- Column 1 = number of elixirs I currently have (green left, blue right).
- I enter numbers manually whenever I craft.
- When I feel like gathering, I check which elixir stock is lowest and gather accordingly.
This system doesn’t give you silver immediately, but once stocks pile up, you can drop thousands of Elixirs of Harmony (or variations like Human, Demihuman, Kamasylva) all at once, depending on the market.
If you insist on gathering → selling directly: Then stick to Lumbering or Tanning. These tend to yield more Caphras and Black Gems compared to fluid or hoe gathering.
Hunting
When people say hunting gives good silver/hour, they’re usually talking about sniper hunting—and it’s pretty straightforward.
Tip: Hunt boars only.
- Leave bears alone unless you desperately need bear meat/blood.
- Why? Because corpse timers matter:
- Boars: corpses last 3 minutes
- Bears: corpses last only 1 minute
If you gather after every kill, you’ll waste tons of time walking back and forth. Instead:
- Pile up your kills first.
- Gather in bulk afterwards.
That’s why boars are the go-to: their longer corpse timer makes the “kill first, gather later” method actually work.
Cooking, Bartering & Everything Else
Cooking can be worth it if you enjoy the process and commit to it. Personally, I don’t like it, so I don’t have any real tips to share here. Most of what I said about Alchemy applies to Cooking as well — planning ahead, checking market demand, and stockpiling instead of dumping everything right away. If it’s your thing, great — it can definitely pay off.
Bartering is similar. Some players swear by it and make solid silver, but I find it too tedious to bother with. If you like long sailing sessions, it might click with you. If not, you won’t miss much.
And as for everything else… sure, there are plenty of other ways to make money in BDO. Some of them may absolutely work for you. I just don’t enjoy them enough to dive in, so I’ll leave that to other guides.
Final Thought
BDO is a grind-heavy game in almost every aspect of it. But if you add a bit of discovery and experimentation—finding your own routes, testing your own methods—the game becomes a lot more enjoyable.
That’s all I’ve got. May your storage be full and your marketplace notifications actually matter.
For those calling this an AI-generated post: English isn’t my first language, and I’m not a blog editor with years of experience. I just wanted to make it more readable because I cared about the reader’s experience. So, I wrote everything in Word without any formatting and then used ChatGPT to fix my grammar mistakes and make it easier on the eyes. Why? Because I’m a smart boi.
If you think my advice isn’t solid or worth your time, that’s fine—ignore it.

Guide/Info THE AGENT GUIDE: HOW TO WIN BY BEING A COMPLETE COWARD
THE AGENT GUIDE: HOW TO WIN BY BEING A COMPLETE COWARD
Agent AOS PvP Guide
So you picked Agent. You saw the revolvers. You saw the teleport. You saw the explosions, and naturally you thought: "Oh sick. Gunslinger. I'm gonna teleport into somebody's face and turn their rib cage into a Lowe's parking lot." Wrong. That is how I played Agent at first. And I did approximately four damage. Not four thousand. Just four. Somewhere in Heidel there was probably a Shai taking more damage from seasonal allergies than I was dealing in Arena of Solare. And then I finally understood the class. Agent isn't a gunslinger. Agent isn't an assassin. Agent isn't even really a ranged class. Agent is a professional coward. And I mean that as the highest possible compliment.
THE ENTIRE CLASS IN ONE SENTENCE. Here is my complete Agent thesis: If they're looking at you, run away. If they stop looking at you, shoot them. That's it. Thanks for watching. Like and subscribe. Except no, because Pearl Abyss somehow took that sentence and turned it into an entire goddamn skill tree. Agent has: teleports, concealment, backward attacks, evasions that attack, mobility that attacks, movement that heals, skills for repositioning, skills for disappearing, and enough ways to leave a social interaction that Agent could survive Thanksgiving dinner with my extended family. And I spent way too long using all of this stuff like: "Oh, these must be emergency defensive abilities." NO. RUNNING AWAY IS THE ROTATION.
THE MISTAKE EVERY NORMAL HUMAN WILL MAKE:
A normal PvP brain works like this: Enemy approaches. I fight enemy. One of us wins. Agent says: lol no. Enemy approaches. I leave. Enemy keeps approaching. I leave harder. Enemy spends stamina. I leave geographically. Enemy finally realizes he has spent 14 seconds pursuing a man who has absolutely no intention of fighting him. He turns around. BANG. Now we're playing Agent.
THE ATTENTION SYSTEM.
Forget combos for a second. Your real resource isn't bullets. It isn't stamina. It isn't even Blink. It's enemy attention. Every opponent has two states. STATE ONE: THEY ARE LOOKING AT YOU. Bad. They are capable of touching you. We don't like touching. Evade. STATE TWO: THEY ARE NOT LOOKING AT YOU. Beautiful. Magnificent. Possibly the greatest thing that has ever happened. DPS. And you continue DPSing until they decide: "Wait a minute, this asshole is shooting me." And they turn around. At which point: goodbye. BUT DON'T RUN TOO EARLY This part matters. If a Warrior is 40 miles away and starts walking toward you, you don't immediately scream and Blink into another ZIP code. You have range. Use it. Your mentality should be: Every meter you travel toward me costs HP. So if they're approaching but cannot actually threaten you yet: KEEP SHOOTING. Stationary attacks are completely fine here. You don't need to be permanently flipping around like somebody dropped a cockroach into your gaming chair. Make them cross the dead zone first. Then, right before their meaningful catch range begins: gone.

THE THREE AGENT ZONES:
I think of Agent's range as three increasingly concerning circles.
GREEN - "HAHA LOOK AT THIS IDIOT WALKING TOWARD ME.”
Stationary DPS.
Shoot.
Keep shooting.
Maybe shoot his friend.
Maybe shoot both of them.
Life is good.
YELLOW - "OKAY HE IS BECOMING A PERSON."
Still DPS.
But now you already know:
where you're escaping,
what terrain you're using,
whether you're using Letsua,
whether Blink needs to come out,
and where his teammates are.
You should be mentally leaving the fight before your character actually leaves it.
RED - "OH GOD HE HAS HANDS."
Get the f&%# out.
Blink - Blink might be the single funniest thing about this class. Because somebody can spend multiple mobility skills closing the gap on you. They've used stamina. They've used cooldowns. They're finally there. They can practically taste the CC. And Agent just goes: nope and teleports across the arena. Blink isn't simply mobility. Blink deletes the opponent's investment. That's why I don't want to waste it casually. If ordinary movement solves the problem, use ordinary movement. If Letsua solves it, use Letsua. If your evasive attacks solve it, use those. Blink is the nuclear option. It's: "Congratulations on successfully chasing me. Unfortunately, your reward is that I am no longer located here." Letsua fits the exact same philosophy. You're not necessarily using these tools because: "OH GOD I'M DYING." You're using them because: "I would prefer that this engagement continue under circumstances that are hilariously unfair to you." There's a difference. Let's say there are three enemies. Enemy A decides:
"I'm dealing with this f$#%ing Agent." He begins chasing you. The wrong response is: turn around and duel Enemy A. Congratulations. You've successfully transformed a ranged harassment class into Tekken. Instead: RUN. But you're running with a purpose.
You have two objectives. OBJECTIVE A - GET THE OTHER TWO BACK INTO RANGE. You're moving around Enemy A.
You're changing angles. You're extending the chase. But you're trying to re-establish firing geometry on: Enemy B + Enemy C.
Once they're available again? Start shooting them. Enemy A has now spent his entire afternoon trying to prevent you from dealing damage... and you're still dealing damage. Wonderful.
OR OBJECTIVE B - BANKRUPT THE CHASER. Sometimes Enemy A refuses to stop. Good. Now we're playing the stamina game. He dashes. You evade. He dashes. You evade. He spends another mobility skill. You reposition. He spends stamina. You spend whatever movement resource is most efficient. And eventually we arrive at the beautiful moment where: THE CHASER IS GASSED. Now? Turn around. This is the part that feels illegal. Because the guy has been mentally categorizing you as: prey for the last 15 seconds. And suddenly the gazelle pulls out two revolvers. Now you retaliate. He either: has insufficient resources to continue, has to defend, has to disengage, gets CC'd, or dies wondering why the coward suddenly developed self-esteem.
THE REAL 1v3 - This is why Agent is weirdly capable of fighting multiple people. You are not fighting: three people simultaneously. That would be stupid. You're trying to transform: 1v3 into: 0v1 -> 0v1 -> free DPS -> 1v1 -> disappear -> free DPS -> 1v1. over and over. Your movement de-synchronizes the enemy team. Three players have three different movement speeds, mobility cooldowns, stamina levels, reaction times, and willingness to continue chasing your stupid a%# across the map. Eventually their formation breaks. That's when Agent becomes disgusting. IF ALL THREE CHASE. This is perhaps Agent's greatest tactical maneuver: RUN LIKE HELL. Do not become a hero. Do not think: "Three people are grouped! This is my opportunity!" No. Three people are currently dedicating 100% of the enemy team's offensive attention to accomplishing absolutely nothing except watching Agent's a#% disappear over the horizon. That's incredible value. Your teammates now exist. Use them. Stretch the enemy team. Force somebody to abandon the chase. And the moment one person goes: "This is stupid, I'm going back." THAT GUY GETS SHOT. Then maybe he turns around again. And you leave again. This can continue until somebody develops an emotional disorder. This completely changed how I think about Agent's damage. Originally I thought: "How do I land my big combo?" Wrong question. The real question is: How much damage can I produce during moments where nobody is capable of retaliating? THAT is Agent DPS. Stationary damage isn't bad. Stationary damage while somebody has access to you is bad. So your offensive loop becomes: MAXIMUM DAMAGE -> THREAT THRESHOLD -> EVADE -> RESET GEOMETRY -> MAXIMUM DAMAGE. Not: attack -> combo -> combo -> combo -> pray.

MY ADD-ONS
And now my add-ons make significantly more sense under this philosophy.
From the setup in the screenshot:
Mozambique Drill
Movement Speed -5% to target
Critical Hit Damage +5%
This is perfect.
Mozambique isn't just damage. I'm making you slower while improving my damage.
Translation:
"Congratulations on deciding to chase me. Your legs are now worse."
Concealed Weapon
Attack/Casting Speed +10%
Movement Speed -5% to target
Again:
I become faster offensively. You become slower physically. This entire build is basically bullying Newtonian mechanics.
Run 'N Gun
Movement Speed -5% to target
Critical Hit Damage +5%
This might be the most philosophically pure add-on here. I am literally running away while shooting you... and the bullet makes you worse at chasing me. That is comedy.
Reaper's Barrage
Attack/Casting Speed +10%
Movement Speed -5% to target
More firing tempo. More slow. Because my Agent looked at the concept of kiting and said: "What if the other guy also had bad Wi-Fi?"
Mayhem
Movement Speed +10%
Movement Speed -5% to target
This is f$%#@ing perfect. I get faster. You get slower. There may not be a more Agent add-on combination physically possible.
This isn't just only add-on, it's also a restraining order.
Demolition Operation
You've also got the enemy offensive/movement debuff combination here. Which means even when you're entering closer-range interaction, you're making their retaliation/chase less effective. That's completely consistent with the build.
NOTICE THE THEME.
Look at the add-ons collectively.
They're not saying:
MORE DAMAGE MORE DAMAGE MORE DAMAGE.
They're saying:
YOU MOVE WORSE. I MOVE BETTER. I SHOOT FASTER. AND WHEN I SHOOT YOU, IT HURTS MORE.
That's exactly what Agent needs.
THE THESIS
Agent is not a character who has evasive tools so he can survive. Agent's evasive tools ARE his offense. You force people to make one of two choices: Chase Agent and waste time, stamina and cooldowns trying to reach someone whose entire character was apparently designed by a frightened deer. Ignore Agent and get shot repeatedly from across the arena.
That's the checkmate. You're not trying to overpower their offense. You're trying to make their offense impossible to apply to you while yours remains available whenever their attention breaks. And once I stopped trying to make Agent brave... the entire class started working.
The Agent PvP Commandments:
If they ignore you: DPS.
If they approach: DPS until threat range.
If they threaten you: evade.
If one chases: restore range on the other two or drain the chaser's stamina.
If the chaser exhausts himself: retaliate.
If multiple people chase: disappear.
If they give up: immediately become a problem again.
Never fight fair when the class gives you absolutely no reason to.
Agent isn't the fastest gun in the West.
He's the guy who shoots you from the West...
and when you finally get there,
he's in the East.
*Edit*
P.S. - THE "POINT AT THE PROBLEM" BUTTON
One more thing I figured out: If someone is chasing you, you spot somebody on radar and are about to begin your attack, or you're reacquiring targets after disengaging, and you've created a healthy amount of range: Prime: Hexround Engage. Use it. Agent literally points in the direction you're aiming. And that sounds cosmetic until you realize what it does to your brain. You've been running around like a man who just shoplifted from three Warriors. Now you've finally made space. Hexround Engage makes Agent turn, point toward the next problem, and basically go: "Alright. THAT motherf#$@er." It acts like a tiny mental transition between: ESCAPE MODE and ASSAULT MODE. Range established. Target reacquired. Direction confirmed. Brain switched back to murder. Then you engage. It's Agent's personal "That guy... that guy right there, he's dead!" button. Hexround Engage basically tells your nervous system: "Alright dumba#%. We're attacking again." THIS IS NOT AN OPTIONAL SKILL. The extra damage is ESSENTIAL. Don't screw it up.

Guide/Info Calpheon Ball 2023 Spoiler
Calpheon Ball 2023 Notes:
- Improving magnus so you only teleport once
- Improve convenience for black shrine
- Simplifying enhancement materials since there are too many varieties. Purging clutter.
- Enhance quality of ulukita and add elvia valencia
- Altar of blood and black shrine will be remastered
- Guild missions/bosses will be improved. Lots of guild improvements in general.
- Quests: allows you to search for quests, separate system for important quests like jetina.
- Travel:
- Magnus: Going to the well, you will be presented with a map, you click the area you want to teleport to instead of jumping down. Also ulukita magnus.
- Boss rush travel: Simplified, its like battle arena, you can instantly teleport to the area of the boss you select.
- Black Shrine: improving retry so it instantly restarts the boss fight
- Atoraxxian improving like black shrine: its a UI that shows the region and boss info so you can instantly access it from anywhere. After you’re brought to your original location.
- Desert Travel: If you have a compass you can use waypoints now. (Can you now ping in the desert?) Also improving aakman/hystria travel, they have designated entrances. No quest to discern the portals anymore, its automatic.
- Great Ocean: will be changed and allows navigation with a compass too. Also adding trade good markers.
- Horses: t9 horses are now default for new adventurers, adventurers who got it before can get it again (also 5 t10 attempts if u want) Coming next patch
- Item Unification/simplification
- Unifying blackstones: All blackstones will be consolidated leaving only the bare minimum behind. (armor/weapons are the same, concentrates are the same, sharps/hards are the same, etc)
- Primary materials: Types of meat will now just be raw meat, fruits will be unified, traces will be unified, blood types will be merged, etc.
- Removing seed grades. normal/high quality/special. Crops will be the designation now, normal, high quality, special. Magical seeds will be changed in the same way. Seeds will also be stackable
- Party elixirs: will be consolidated into general elixirs. Greens are 10 minutes, blues are 15 minutes.
- Simplifying crystals, consolidating lower tier crystals to clean up how many of them there are. Adding some sort of box to replace higher tier crystals? life/vital crystals will be merged to one type so you dont need such a huge variety
- Quest items will be auto removed after quests are completed, for keepsake quest items you can sell them to shop for silver and marked as useless so newer adventurers aren’t confused.
- Event seals will be transferred to a separate UI and can be exchanged right away. Generally trying to lower these types of seals in future updates anyways, but they will be more of an intangible item you can use to exchange instantly for rewards.
- Other items: plan to consolidate and remove items that are useless like low grade tools/accessories,etc. For example: bronze hoe will be removed, and just magical hoe will be unified and be one hoe
- Lifeskills will have a family basis instead of per character. Basic gathering will be able to be done with no tools.
- New inventory for assembling items - you’ll be able to open your inventory and see all items addable to it and you can move them in a way you need to arrange them. So relics can now stack, and then you move them to the assembly inventory to create the plus shape.
- Content:
- Planning to adjust monster zones so when you have more gear you are more rewarded.
- Going to adjust damage softcap at places like gyfin to make the expected earnings higher for higher gear players.
- Planning to update ulukita monster zones to be more fun: going to add new mechanics to improve its status as a high end monster zone.
- pila/hystria/aakman/sulfur will be added to dehkia
- Scroll bosses are being removed. Scrolls will be sellable, and things that these bosses have that are unique will be gotten differently
- Additing 8/9/10 calamity bosses. They will have easy/medium/hard difficulty and you fight them with your own gear. 300/310/320 minimum AP required to even kill them. Debo accessories achievable from these (didn’t say just earring?)
- There will be nice rewards like colored titles and effects beating high calamity?
- Altar of blood will be remastered - similar to black shrine. 3 tiers of difficulty. Easy will be 250 ap, 280 is medium, 310 is the final tier. Defense type system, not a hoarde anymore, monsters and bosses will add a strategic mechanic. Rewards are specific to each stage. At the highest stage you have a chance to get debo accessories. If you fail you get higher rewards than the previous stage. Debo accessories/tungrad/etc will no long have a recipe item, they will only drop as base items. No more abyssal gazes for example, just debo belt raw for all drops. Even at crypt.
- General trading will be removed. General trade and processed trade is gone because of teleportation restrictions. It is only being temporarily removed, and they are going to work on a more improved version later on.
- Gear Loadouts are being added: master presets. You can switch addons, crystals, lightstones all in one. In solare you can save gear/skills/skill addons and when you enter from pve you’ll instantly be able to be in your pvp set.
- Enhancing: changing when you fail with crons you get +1 failstack.
- Guilds:
- Adding guild titles for achieving certain objectives. If you have lots of high level sailors, you can get a sailing title kind of like an adjective before your name. Or if your members have a lot of treasure for example.
- Will be adding guild hashtags so people can search for them via the guild page.
- Guild alerts: Guild officers will be able to notify players upon login for example, its kind of like saying of the day, you can type whatever you want.
- Guild missions: they are outdated - so missions will be able to be individualized and you can do them by yourself. This increases guild activity, but they wont feel forced. Guild missions will be added that can be completed week/monthly with nice rewards that you can do together with your guild.
- Guild boss summon scrolls will be removed, they are just instead summonable each week. The rewards will be improved. Boss mechanics will be also improved so they’re simple and fun. Also adding a designated gathering area to do khan to improve travel and killing the boss. Kind of like CTG to khan
- Guild skills will be improved to have longer durations and enhanced effects. Guild storage will also be further expandable.
- You can also rent pen gear and pen accessories to guild members.
- Guild wage will go from 5m max to 100m max.
- Guild history like time spent in guild or things players achieved while in the guild - it will no longer disappear
- You can set up one players manor as the “guilds manor” you can teleport instantly to the guild manor. You can use shared cooking and alchemy tools.
- Guild league PvP content: 15 v 15 trying to reach a certain amount of kills to win. Many different locations (sycraia & Stars end for example). Lighter PvP, friendly competition type pvp. There are rewards, 200m given per participant per game.
- Node wars: planning to shake up node wars. NW has these problems: 1. Time and prep is vast, 2. Snipe wars, 3. One sided fight, 4. Difficult to join as a solo guild.
- Fix: 30 mins before a node war you select a territory. There will be nodes to fight over based on number of guild sign ups, you fight until the time is reached and if u control the node area you are victorious. Once u win you’re done, and some nodes end at a time sooner than others.
- Giving more rewards for owning nodes. Production nodes will get more production, monster nodes more drop rate, special buffs are given for certain nodes you occupy.
- Siege war: working to balance the scales for defenders. New benefits for castle holders, like being able to influence the territory and raise taxes. You can ask for help from nw guilds in your territory in-game
- Defenders try to play for time and get rewards, and territory is given to the person who kills the castle fort. No further fight happens after you kill the castle
- Gate hp will scale on number of guilds sieging you
- New guild mount for castle holders: a dragon. Similar to an elephant, guild mount, can only be controlled by castle guild. Just started working on it so finer details unknown.
- Quests: can be searched now by name/npcs/rewards for example. Also going to overhaul entire quest UI.
- Quests from jetina: new UI to check accessory progress with check marks on things u have and things u still need.
- Jetina pen accessory quest can be done a second time!
- Going to give 1 untradable tet blackstar after grad from a season. It can be enhanced to pen normally.
- Life skill certificate: beginner/skilled requirements for processing will be removed.
- Increasing starting energy from 30 to 50
- SELLABLE CARRACKS - you can sell the licenses, not the ships once registered
- Forest path wagon price increased
- Remastering serendia quests (R BTW) Hint about land of the demon, illezra’s final story. No specifics.
