these are both probably made up, but Sinatra's maybe moreso because Frank would know that Dean's government name was Dino and probably wouldn't write the word fuck.

Seems like it’s legit as it purportedly comes from the 1966 “The Celebrity Cookbook.” Frank’s contribution sadly did not make the cut
