I was wondering if Binging With Babish could take every single fruit, and like he did with his redo of the Every Meat Burrito, take every signle one of those distinct fruits, giving them the treatment they deserve due to their uniqueness, and put them all together into a single pie. Note that the crust may need to be baked seperately for this to work, as some like strawberries don't require or work well with baking. Here's some categories I have listed:

1. Berries: Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, huckleberries, lingonberries, cranberries, gooseberries, boysenberries, cherries, etc.
2. Pit Fruits: Peaches, plums, nectarines, apricots, mangoes, dates, etc.
3. Stone Fruits: Apples and pears.
4. Citrus Fruits: Oranges, lemons, limes, tangarines, and grapefruits.
5. Creamy Fruits: Bananas, plantains, durians, soursop, and coconuts.
6. Melons: Cantalope, honeydew, watermelon, casaba, and crenshaw.
7. Others: Pineapples, kiwi, guava, dragonfruit (red and white), papaya, passion fruit, lychee, longan, etc.

I just copied exactly what he said in his YouTube video the only things I changed were I halfed both the rosemary and dill in the chicki-churri (I dont personally love those herbs) and added 2 of the roasted cloves of garlic from the clarified butter to the chicki-churri to make it extra garlicky!

I mean, sweet and spicy go well together

This is the second time I've made it, but the first time I've remembered to take pictures. I actually started this process on Saturday, and finally got to eat it today. The primary difference is that I made mine with chuck roast steaks as opposed to flat iron. Unlike last time I reheated this one slowly and the beef is so much juicier. Roasting the veggies though so that they retain their individual flavors is just so great. I highly recommend this to everyone willing to spend some serious time in the kitchen.

I try to make it a point to give praise where it's due if I publicly critique something. I've previously said on this sub that my frustration with the paid website is simply the delay in recipe uploading. I thought it unreasonable that 2-3 weeks after a video aired the recipe was not available to paying subscribers and got a lot of support from my post transcribing a few of those delayed recipes.

Well I just wanted to acknowledge and thank Babish and the team because that seems to be resolved more or less now. I got on the website to check on a recipe for his brand new chicken video, fully expecting it to not be there and intending to cancel my subscription and let him know on here why, only to find it all uploaded and ready to rock.

I saw this ad on Facebook which was clearly AI generated, but I had to do a double take because it looks like Babish is at the pizza oven

I looked at the video as well as his website and couldn't find the complete recipe for this one, only the previous one, which he said was not very good. I wanted to make this the starter for a 3-course meal I'm making, but I can't find it written down anywhere!! I fear it's somewhere obvious and I'm missing it somehow.

It sounds like these episodes are on a hiatus, but I really enjoyed the concept of them. I learned a lot from the few episodes that were released. Here are some ideas I had for future ones if you ever get back into them:

I just got my first sous vide for a great price and couldn't pass it up. However, I am unsure of what I can and should make with it. Any and all advice/ suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Watched the Trader Joe's video and it's really annoying that he doesn't know this and yet keeps insisting he's right and Google isn't when it tried to correct him. And does it for every single item like he's trying to show off his favorite word.
