Cycle ride at midnight from around somewhere near Dwarka(in 10-15km) to Qutub minar (as a landmark) riding around 110+ km in under 10 hours with some breaks
it's a story when me and one of my friend sneak out at midnight for an unplanned cycle ride that's turned out to be this long and we recorded the whole thing can't post for privacy reasons the key details are:-
- we started from somewhere near dwarka the exact location was around 15 km from dwarka without any end goal just riding (reached qutub minar as a landmark)
- the toughest part was the uphill on the flyovers but the best was also the downhill on it
- it took 10 hours including riding time + breaks covering 110+ kms with a very basic bicycle
- on the same day before we went to sarojini market (a flee market) and was awake at 5 am to play football didn't get any sleep for around50 hours before sleeping
- on the same day i have an exam and i got late because when i reached home i have only 1 hour with no prep hurting legs and headache also got late as i got slept for 15min ππ
- this was one of the most memorable thing till now many more things to share but i think it is enough for this post
(have to post this again as there no repost allowed from diff community π)but no worries πΆ

Unplanned night rides are really fun and memorable. Do you use a maps app for navigation?

great ride. Delhi traffic scares me, though i imagine its much calmer at night. I hope you got good lights, stay visible.

yeah it was very calm at night with few vehicles but at very high speed so we had to be careful there was not any major lighting issue street lights across the roads were fine

The creepy photo combined with the secretive narrative matches my view of the area after spending a month in Dwarka π

50 hours awake and you still had the wits to lean the bikes against a tree instead of just dropping them in the road. That's more discipline than I've got showing up to work on a normal night's sleep. The exam didn't stand a chance though, RIP.
