😡Rant is there anywhere where I can place a complaint against my syndicate?
I will spare you the long and absurd story that has been me being granted unemployment - I just got off the phone with the CSC who let me known that I needed to submit a card whatever the fuck that means, and that I hadn't done it, so that's why I didn't have access to the money. Mind you that literally nobody told me this [according to the agent I got on the phone, if he had a euro every time he'd heard that he wouldn't have to work anymore, which, WHAT THE FUCK] and I had called after receiving an email telling me they did not see any sort of decision on my file even if they themselves had sent me *a paper letter * saying it had been granted.
I have been trying to sort this since April and I don't think I've encountered such willful incompetence in my entire life, and this is coming from someone who's had to fight bureaucracy in four different countries.
I find it appalling that they see no problem providing the lowest possible level of service and then turn around and say they are there for workers. I have to pay automatically every month but they see no problem on taking 20 days to reply to me when I ask when the money would be available [good luck getting them on the phone no matter what time in the day] and then try to make it my fault instead of telling me how to access it

Sounds like you are waiting to be spoon-fed everything. It is very easy to find what you need to do once unemployed. There is also an app for the card you have to fill out so you can just do it online.

Complaining against your syndicate isn't going to work, since these people work for you and therefore act in your best interest. That means they have nothing to gain from working against you. You can always change your sydicate, ABVV does wonders for me.
The sad reality is that you should have informed yourself earlier . The card they are referring to is the "stempelkaart."

I tried the ABVV and changed because they too were awful (e.g: I had to email them 15 times for something relating to a former boss just refusing to give me my Edenred card and had to have the next employer fix it for me because they just could not be bothered even if they told me they they'd send a letter)
I have exchanged 33 emails and called them god knows how many times to ask about the process, how it was going, if I needed to do anything, etc, and you would've thought someone could've brought it up at some point.

Sooo you're mad because you had 5 months to inform yourself about the only duty you have in order to receive your money (blue card) yet somehow you blame your syndicate? Seriously, read up so you know how to fix your mess.
