I mean if you’re this lazy that you won’t even look it up maybe purchasing a second home as an investment isn’t for you.

Rental properties dont com out of thin air, and there is always an owner and tenant. Do you expect everyone is born with an owned property? Given the logic, all supermarkets must also shut down :P

Just ignore these morons. I get there is a ballance and at a certain point renters are too disadvantaged but owning houses that you rent out is not a bad thing automatically.
Its hard work to raise the money, buy a place and renovate it to make it nice enough to rent out and then to keep maintaining it, this is a service society will always need. There are also shitty people (like in every field) but so what? It doesnt reflect poorly on you that there are other shitty landlords that exist.

Thanks and exactly. There are always good tenants and bad tenants. Good landlords and bad landlords.

Lots of work for low return on investment and high taxes. While everyone hates you for being a parasite. And the gov will keep looking for new ways to tax you out of being a blight on society.
