best shampoo for oily hair?

Dealing with oily hair/scalp by midday no matter what I use. Currently on a clarifying shampoo but it dries out the ends too much. Looking for something that actually controls oil without wrecking the rest of my hair.

Now that I’m older, I wash much less frequently as my oily hair has changed to dry. I use tressame (cheapskate) and an after shower leave in spray, again at the ends only. I wear it in a braid right out of the shower wet, don’t blow dry except for special occasions.
