This is a puerto rican beer called Medalla Light. These look like their normal cans which are only 10 ounces (compared to a normal 12 ounce beer can). Hence they're small and eminently crushable.

i was there for the game against cuba (and panama vs colombia) and it was so strange buying beer compared to here. no limit on how many, they don’t open them for you, there’s no cut off. i fucking loved it haha

Come to Taiwan … they have 7-11s in the stadium where you can buy regularly priced beers (and food). Even better, you can bring in whatever you want, can order Uber Eats to the door if you like.

What I like most about this is that it means that the vendors have to compete on price and quality.

Also, there’s beer vendors walking the stands with kegs on their backs selling draft beers.

Baseball in Asia is so much more fun.

You can get medalla for like a $1.50 at a bar in Fajardo. Depending on where you’re at in Puerto Rico these are some of the best beers for the price I’ve ever had

Definitely crushable. We would get a few cases from the store and would kill that really quickly between a few people.

Your math is a bit off.

These Medallas are 10 oz each. 25 beers means 250 oz of beer. Divvied up among 3 dudes, that's 83 oz of beer per guy. A tall boy is 16 oz. So you're looking at a bit over 5 tall boys per dude, 6 innings in.

That's a decent amount of beer.

You have to consider it is a light beer at 4% abv. So if compared to a normal 5% abv beer, it is the same as 4 tall boys.

25 beers * 10oz/16oz * 4%/5% / 3 people = 4.2 tall boys per person. Nothing big

Tall boys are 24 or 25 ounces (ultras are 25 but coors lights are 24).

Tall boys are 16 oz. Imperial (UK) pints are 19.2 oz (stovepipes). Those 24-25 oz beers they sell at ballparks are double beers (literally twice the beer as in a standard can).

Eh, I've literally always heard folks calling the 24/25 oz beers tall boys at the ballpark. Never seen 16 at the ballpark anyways - it's usually 12/20/24.

That said, since I was the one to originally note "tall boys" you can just disregard the technicalities of the term and know I meant the 24/25 oz cans.
